A case study of a three-way forklift AGV vertical warehouse system in a narrow aisle of a large listed textile company

This project uses three-way narrow aisle pallet stacker AGVs, 3 stacking forklift AGVs, and 2 box-type AGVs. The three-way pallet stacker AGVs are mainly used to meet the daily transportation and storage needs of the raw material warehouse. The stacking AGVs are mainly used to meet the material movement needs between raw materials and the production line. The box-type AGV is mainly used to meet the transportation and storage needs between the production line and the finished product warehouse.

The narrow-aisle three-way fork AGV won the first prize in China's logistics and transportation. The passage between the shelves only needs to be 1.6 meters, which can effectively increase the storage capacity and increase the effective utilization rate of the warehouse.

A case of a three-way intensive storage system for a large foreign-funded new energy lithium battery industry
This project is mainly to solve the lithium battery workshop positive and negative raw material warehouse automatic storage work, a total of 4 laser navigation three-way forklift AGV, the operation process is as follows: The positive and negative raw materials are manually put into the designated buffer inlet area, after the materials are put in, the automatic code scanning system automatically identifies the material type and pallet specifications, the WMS warehouse management system automatically bindings the material and pallet information, and the safety grating automatically detects the incoming material dimensions and whether it is super high or super wide. After confirming the error, the WCS dispatching system dispatches AGV to start the work. The AGV stores the material in the specified repository.
