Through on-site inspection, Yufeng Intelligent Technology Team learned that the logistics link of the factory involves four floors, covering dozens of warehouse areas such as storage areas and production areas, as well as vertical warehouse connections and sorting connections. 5G+ mobile robot
5G provides high-speed network support for communication between mobile robots, enabling robots to have self-organization and collaborative capabilities, faster speeds, smoother movements, and higher efficiency.
In certain production environments that are not suitable for workers to enter, such as high temperatures, workers can remotely operate mobile robots in real time through the 5G network in the monitoring center to complete predetermined work goals synchronously and safely.
Mixed scheduling of vehicle models
On the third floor of the factory, the Yufeng intelligent dispatching system dispatches forward-moving and latent mobile robots at the same time to realize collaborative operation of multiple devices.
Cross-floor work
This project solves the customer's problem of long-distance, multi-layer transportation. From the product production area to the storage area, there are four floors in between. Yufeng Intelligent combines the independent research and development of forward-moving transportation robots and scheduling software systems to realize robot transportation of finished products across floors automatically. For transshipment, the software system can interact with elevators and hoists in an information-based manner, giving full play to the advantages of the intelligent logistics system.
Core equipment for this project includes an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS), conveying systems, and a Pick-to-Light (PTL) system.
