Material distribution is collaboratively executed by Carton Transport Units (CTUs) and omnidirectional AGVs, achieving unmanned operations in material retrieval and feeding. Product shipment integrates with an automated packaging system, ensuring comprehensive information sharing and end-to-end data traceability—from the inbound/outbound of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to the handling of auxiliary materials.

1. Oversized Raw Materials
● To handle large fabric rolls (3.2 meters long, up to 1 ton), EFORK Smart developed a customized non-standard omnidirectional latent AGV, enabling automated transport of heavy rolls. The solution offers high flexibility and mobility, effectively reducing plant layout costs, maximizing space utilization, and ensuring safe, deformation-free handling.
● For vertical storage, EFORK also tailored the stacker crane fork structure to precisely match fabric roll characteristics, ensuring efficient and stable system operation.
2. Diverse Carrier Specifications
Solution:
To accommodate a wide range of bins and cartons used in the plant, and to meet intelligent logistics and lean management needs for large-volume, multi-category semi-finished and finished products, EFORK deployed a bin-type stacker crane ASRS, significantly increasing storage density.
The system uses a dual-deep adjustable clamping telescopic fork, which adapts flexibly to different bin and carton sizes. Integrated with elevators and overhead conveyors, it optimizes in-plant material flow. Powered by EFORK's in-house WMS, WCS, and EFMS platforms, the solution achieves full-process data integration—covering personnel, machines, materials, methods, and environment—promoting deep integration of smart logistics and lean operations.
