Narrow-Aisle Three-Way Stacking AGV Forklift utilizes 180° fork rotation and lateral shifting to handle stacking and loading/unloading on both sides of the aisle. Without requiring the vehicle to turn, the forks can efficiently pick up and place goods, enabling simpler and safer operations while significantly improving productivity. It is designed for medium-to-high level narrow-aisle stacking applications.

This project uses three-way narrow aisle pallet stacker AGVs, 3 stacking forklift AGVs, and 2 box-type AGVs. The three-way pallet stacker AGVs are mainly used to meet the daily transportation and storage needs of the raw material warehouse. The stacking AGVs are mainly used to meet the material movement needs between raw materials and the production line. The box-type AGV is mainly used to meet the transportation and storage needs between the production line and the finished product warehouse.

The narrow-aisle three-way fork AGV won the first prize in China's logistics and transportation. The passage between the shelves only needs to be 1.6 meters, which can effectively increase the storage capacity and increase the effective utilization rate of the warehouse.

This project designed two warehouses, a pallet warehouse and a bin warehouse, and introduced multiple Yufeng Intelligent Three-way Pallet Stacker AGVs and Bin-type AGVs respectively. Through efficient and intelligent warehousing management, efficient storage, rapid turnover and leanness of materials were achieved. Management has set a new benchmark for industry warehousing management for client companies, significantly improving corporate image and market competitiveness.

This project adopts a dedicated AGV compatible with more than 20 kinds of pallets for flexible transfer in extremely narrow channels to realize the transfer of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products; At the same time to achieve a high degree of integration between a variety of AGVs, efficient cooperation, to achieve 24 hours of uninterrupted factory production. To further reduce the gap of goods placement to 75mm, maximize the use of storage space, greatly improving the customer's storage capacity.

In terms of software, it can connect with the customer's D365 system through customized services. In the information construction, the way of long connection is used to perfectly see the information interaction between the bottom perception system and the upper central system.
