This project designed two warehouses, a pallet warehouse and a bin warehouse, and introduced multiple Yufeng Intelligent Three-way Pallet Stacker AGVs and Bin-type AGVs respectively. Through efficient and intelligent warehousing management, efficient storage, rapid turnover and leanness of materials were achieved. Management has set a new benchmark for industry warehousing management for client companies, significantly improving corporate image and market competitiveness.

Addressing core challenges such as low warehouse space utilization, insufficient logistics efficiency, and weak production coordination in the intelligent transformation of the refractory materials industry, Yufeng Intelligent has successfully developed a comprehensive intelligent storage and logistics solution for a leading enterprise in the sector. By innovatively applying double-deep heavy-duty automated storage systems and intelligent transfer systems, this solution supports a national high-tech enterprise in upgrading its annual production capacity of 250,000 tons of environmentally friendly magnesia-based refractory products.
