Pallet Stacking AGVs are commonly used in scenarios such as pallet transportation and production line docking, as well as storage in line-side warehouses. They are suitable for narrow-aisle rack storage and narrow-aisle production line handling, and can be deployed in industries like new energy, automotive parts, 3C electronics, and tobacco.

• With a rated load capacity of up to 2 tons and a width of only 930mm, these AGVs feature a minimum turning radius of just 1250mm, enabling smooth operation in narrow aisles. A maximum lifting height of 3300mm is achievable, and customizations are available to suit different carriers.

• Equipped with a floating drive system that automatically adjusts traction force based on the load, ensuring stable and effortless passage over ramps and uneven surfaces.

• Standard with a pallet recognition camera and a pallet positioning pressure plate, enabling handling of various pallets, racks, and containers. Capable of precise pickup even with deviations of up to ±10° or ±10cm.

• Multi-layered safety protection includes 360° obstacle avoidance laser scanners, fork-tip diffuse reflection photoelectric sensors + mechanical obstacle avoidance for safe load pickup, and a 3D plane detection camera to ensure safety in human-robot interaction scenarios.
